The Foundation Method

A 30/60/90 day training system built from real mistakes, so you don't have to make them.

New agents often feel behind before they've even started, especially once they hear "day 30" and think they should already have a deal. The Foundation Method is built differently. Instead of counting days, you move through three phases.

Phase 1: Foundation

The core activities every new agent needs, done with intentionality. This phase alone is enough to guarantee results: agents who complete it fully will have clients before it ends.

Phase 2: Application

Where the foundational knowledge gets put to work in real conversations, real lead generation, and real client relationships.

The DISC piece

Every agent is wired differently, and most training programs ignore that. I use the DISC assessment early in the process to help you identify which lead generation systems actually fit your personality, instead of handing you the same list every other new agent gets.

Who’s this for

New Keller Williams Midtown Atlanta agents who are ready to do the work, not just hear about it.

Phase 3: Consistency

Where income and activity stop being sporadic and start being something you can count on, month over month.

Why training alone isn't enough

You can't coach someone on something they don't know how to do. That's why training comes first. But once the foundation is in place, coaching is where the real growth happens: real accountability, real conversations about what's getting in the way, and real adjustments as the market changes. This isn't a 90 day program that ends. It's the start of an ongoing coaching relationship.
