Not every agent needs to start from the foundation. Some already have the production and need something different: a coach who can help with the business and mindset work that gets them to their next level.

After seven years of coaching, I work with a small number of top producing agents 1:1, in person, rather than over Zoom. This isn't a volume program. It's a limited, focused coaching relationship for agents who are already succeeding and want a dedicated partner to help them go further.
